Brand New Rastering Issue

We’ve been using the LC40 for several months now and have had great success! Tonight, an odd glitch that I can’t seem to solve: It won’t send a file or estimate time when I import a raster file to the job controller. I’m using a new batch of images so I thought maybe that was the problem, but importing a proven image (engraved successfully just last week…) it gives the same error: That rastered objects extend past the usable space, which they most certainly do not. Importing a vector object for outline cutting works fine. Anyone else have this problem recently?
